Where New Meets Old in Pearcedale
Category: Tennis
Address: Pearcedale VIC
Designed entirely in-house by Grassports, this stunning new private tennis court in Pearcedale was carefully planned and constructed from the ground up. The result is a space that combines high-quality performance with functionality, thoughtful design and plenty of character.
The project began with the construction of a new concrete slab, providing a strong foundation for the court before being finished with our ProBounce Cool Plus synthetic surface. Designed to provide a quality playing experience while complementing the surrounding property, the finished surface gives the court a clean and polished appearance.
To make the space suitable for play throughout the day and into the evening, four 400W LED lights were installed alongside new fencing, tennis net posts and net, completing the full court setup.
One of our favourite features of this project is the custom hit-up wall, constructed using the original red bricks from the property. Rather than introducing something completely new, the existing bricks were repurposed to create a practical feature that also retains a piece of the property’s history.
It’s this combination of modern court construction and original character that makes the Pearcedale project so unique. From the initial in-house design through to the final installation, every element was considered to create a private tennis court that looks at home within its surroundings while delivering a quality space for years of play.
A truly one of a kind court, built for the property and designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
