Emmanuel College, situated on the Gold Coast, boasts an indoor heated four-lane pool and an outdoor heated eight-lane, 25-metre pool. Before the implementation of Life Floor, the concrete and artificial turf pool decks were increasingly difficult to clean and maintain. The school found the concrete to be slippery when wet, along with no longer appreciating the aesthetic appeal of the concrete surrounds.
To tackle these issues, Grassports, along with Life Floor Australia and New Zealand stepped in, offering a comprehensive solution that addressed the unique challenges Emmanuel College encountered. The aquatic centre’s Life Floor surfaces now provide a cushioned, slip-resistant, and easily maintainable solution.
