Grassports was excited to deliver an impressive transformation at Gilgai Plains Primary School, converting the existing natural turf into a 3,672m² synthetic grass multisport space designed for sport, movement and everyday play.
The new precinct features a soccer pitch, four-lane running track and long jump run-up with sand pit, providing students with a versatile space for a wide range of sporting and physical activities.
Australian-made HB 240 and Grassports Elite 19mm synthetic surfaces were used throughout the project, creating a durable, high performance environment designed to handle the demands of daily school use.
Adding a personalised finishing touch, the Gilgai Plains Primary School logo was incorporated into the centre circle, bringing a strong sense of school identity to the heart of the new field.
The finished result is a vibrant and functional sporting space that provides students with more opportunities to get active, develop their skills and enjoy outdoor play for years to come.
