A Fresh Surface for a Familiar Field
Category: Hockey, Multisport, Tennis
Address: Burwood VIC
Grassports was proud to return to Presbyterian Ladies’ College (PLC) in Burwood to resurface the school’s main hockey field — a facility we originally constructed more than 13 years ago.
The existing surface was replaced with Australian-made Poligras Eco HT, delivering a high-performance new playing surface complete with line marking for one full-size hockey pitch, four junior hockey D’s and 12 tennis courts.
Sustainability was also an important part of the project, with Grassports partnering with RE4ORM Recycling to ensure the existing synthetic surface was removed, transported and processed in an environmentally responsible way.
Coinciding with the hockey field resurface, Grassports also completed the resurfacing of two synthetic grass multisport courts at PLC. The refreshed courts feature a striking combination of black basketball line marking, yellow netball line marking and white tennis line marking, creating a clean and distinctive finish while catering for multiple sports.
Together, the hockey field and multisport court upgrades have refreshed key sporting areas across the campus, providing students with high-quality, versatile spaces designed for training, competition and everyday play.
We’re proud to continue our long-standing relationship with PLC and thank the school for their continued trust in Grassports.
